Great customer service and an excellent product. My men’s league baseball team purchased an outfield fence (471ft in length, 5ft for each pole option) and we finally got some nice weather to set it up. Wow! It looks great. Sturdy material and easy to install, this fence has made our baseball field the envy of the city! Worked with Chad Schneider at Practice Sports Inc when we were customizing our playground set. He was very professional and quick to call us back. Chad made great efforts to coordinate with our installer the delivery of our equipment and a seamless installation so our kids could enjoy their new gift. I ordered the PSI NetShield for our indoor batting cage and it is great - does exactly what it says it does. The reason for 4 stars is the lack of real communication after the order is placed. Because the order is a bit custom (you specificy the size you want) there's no real confirmation or acknowledgement after you place the order and the card is charged. I reached out via email to the company and they replied promptly that my order was being prepared so they do respond - which is great. It just would be nice to have an interim notification once the order is placed and they are working on it. But great product!
