I ordered a wall mounted basketball hoop for my son for Christmas and installed it in my pole barn. I am very happy with the product. It’s a well made quality product that I’m sure will get heavy use for many years to come. My men’s league baseball team purchased an outfield fence (471ft in length, 5ft for each pole option) and we finally got some nice weather to set it up. Wow! It looks great. Sturdy material and easy to install, this fence has made our baseball field the envy of the city! I ordered the PSI NetShield for our indoor batting cage and it is great - does exactly what it says it does. The reason for 4 stars is the lack of real communication after the order is placed. Because the order is a bit custom (you specificy the size you want) there's no real confirmation or acknowledgement after you place the order and the card is charged. I reached out via email to the company and they replied promptly that my order was being prepared so they do respond - which is great. It just would be nice to have an interim notification once the order is placed and they are working on it. But great product!
