I ordered a wall mounted basketball hoop for my son for Christmas and installed it in my pole barn. I am very happy with the product. I ordered the PSI NetShield for our indoor batting cage and it is great - does exactly what it says it does. The reason for 4 stars is the lack of real communication after the order is placed. Because the order is a bit custom (you specificy the size you want) there's no real confirmation or acknowledgement after you place the order and the card is charged. I reached out via email to the company and they replied promptly that my order was being prepared so they do respond - which is great. It just would be nice to have an interim notification once the order is placed and they are working on it. But great product!
