Danielle Jakopovik, an owner of the Elkhorn Elite Youth Sports Association, saw an opportunity to create an elite Softball Training Facility with the help of Practice Sports. As owner, Danielle helped with various sports programs like flag football, basketball, and soccer. However, the softball space needed improvement, and Danielle decided to make it bigger and better. In this Customer Spotlight, we’ll take a look at the development of the softball training facility and see how Practice Sports built a safe and effective training center for players to use rain or shine. The Softball Training Center The training center is around 6,000 square feet, and it offers 24/7 access to players. By including multiple tunnels and a quad area, simultaneous practices for various sports, such as softball and soccer, may take place at the same time. As for another huge plus, rainy days or scorching heat don’t hinder training. Instead, players can enjoy the climate-controlled environment anytime, which provides an ideal space for skill development and team practices. As for the training center’s layout, it is designed for flexibility. With three separate tunnels and sliding nets, the space easily transforms from a team practice setup to individual training. Also, different sports teams can utilize various parts of the room, which is incredibly useful during those bad weather days. Additionally, teams can quickly alter the room to make large unified spaces or smaller training zones, allowing teams various ways to practice.
