75′ x 150′
A must-have for any dog agility course, the A-Frame requires your dog to walk up the incline and then down the other side. Many dogs are not natural climbers so it is often best to take it slow while offering encouragement. Treats and clickers often help with motivation while your dog builds confidence.
The A-Frame is perfect for beginners as well as dogs of all agility levels and sizes. The 3′ high peak and 22-degree incline are half as steep as professional ramps, which is much easier for nervous pups to learn. Before moving on to the Dog Walk Ramp, which is narrower and more challenging, teach your dog this basic up-and-over maneuver.
The Dog Walk Ramp comes in red, green, or blue (or a custom color for an additional charge), matching your Complete System color choice.
This classic agility component requires your dog to walk up an elevated ramp, cross the narrow platform, and down the other side. While some dogs easily negotiate the ramps, many pets need encouragement (or treats!) to build their confidence. Also, have fun encouraging your dog to walk under and weave through the different sections of the Dog Walk Ramp. Because the ramps are relatively narrow, it helps to have your dog master the A-Frame before trying this more challenging walk.
The Wait Table offers a basic obedience training component suitable for dogs of all sizes and abilities. At less than a foot high, dogs easily step or hop onto the table. Once on the wait table, practice obedience by teaching your pup to sit and stay. With training, your dog better responds to voice and hand commands. Also, these tables teach your dog patience as they wait for you to release them.
As always, safety is of utmost importance. With this in mind, count on our exclusive PawsGrip coating, which ensures all walking surfaces are highly textured. Even in the mud or snow, PawsGrip provides additional slip resistance. Also, the flat, solid surface grants comfort and safety for your four-legged friend.
Once your dog is feeling more confident agility-wise, try out the Teeter Totter for a bigger challenge. With rubber bumpers on each end, which softens impact and noise, dogs feel comfortable practicing balance and coordination. Beyond that, the 9’ plank only elevates 2’ off the ground at the highest point, so it’s safe for both beginners and agility pros.
This set of five disks of varying heights improves balance with each step and/or hop. Unlike products attached to a track, these offer flexible installation options. Dogs of all sizes and abilities feel comfortable training on these 14″-diameter disks. Additionally, with simple planning, install in small dog areas for those with shorter legs to enjoy.
Arrange them in a circle, a square with the tallest in the center, or a single-file line.
For small dogs, keep the disks closer together with less height variation.
Hound Hoops are a series of five modular, curved-pipe arches. Arrange them in a serpentine shape, a curve, or however you like. Because of the spacing between the hoops, the route may take time for an agility beginner to navigate. With practice, your dog learns to quickly pass through all five hoops each time.
A unique alternative to a traditional tunnel and suitable for dogs of all sizes.
Hound Hurdles improve jumping and timing skills. With this series of four low jumps, your trainee learns how to complete a series of small jumps. Suitable for dogs of all sizes, easily modify the hurdles for small dog areas by narrowing the spacing between each jump.
One of the more challenging agility activities, weave poles require patience, timing, and flexibility. Positive reinforcement helps your dog develop the skills needed to negotiate all six poles consecutively.
Not only do weave poles need to be flexible enough to be safe (avoid poles made from PVC or steel), but also tough enough to withstand use, especially in public park settings. Our unique – truly flexible – material can be bent to lay flat on the ground and then return to an upright position without a dangerous spring back. Even better? The material is also chew-resistant.
Adjust this tire jump up to 12″ depending on your dog’s size and ability level. Then increase the challenge as your dog masters the tire jump by moving up a level. With a 27″ interior diameter, even larger breeds love the tire jump!
The lightweight (yet super durable!) jump bar makes it easy to modify for dogs of all sizes. With shallow guide slots, the bar easily falls into the channel, offering seven different heights for your pup. Plus, the fire hydrant details add fun while guiding your dog through the center of the jump.
A staple to agility courses, wall jumps are available at three different heights. The Complete System includes two of these sizes – single and double – to help dogs of various sizes and abilities develop timing and jumping skills.
Like all jump activities, start at the lowest height and slowly work up to greater heights. Allow your dog to get comfortable before raising the jump to avoid discouraging your dog from future attempts at higher jumps.
Guide your dog over the jump and between the extra-long guide poles. This helps to teach going over instead of around (which is missing out on the fun).
Tunnels are one of the easiest agility components for a dog to learn. But, of course, practice makes perfect. Boost your dog’s confidence as they master this 6′ long tunnel.
When comparing dog agility tunnels, not all products are equal. However, the Double Bow Wow Barrel is made for canines with safety in mind. Because plastic surfaces can be slippery for paws, resulting in an unsafe loss of footing, we embed a composite material into the plastic during the molding process. It’s textured enough to provide traction but gentle on paws. If/when the surface wears down with use, more material becomes exposed so the tunnel will always be safe.
No two dogs (or dog parks) are alike! Since all parks are unique, make sure your space includes a welcome sign that explains the rules. With the Basics Plus kit, you’ll get a completely customizable sign that offers full-color, UV-stable graphics. Also, we embed the graphics into a sturdy fiberglass pane, which makes the sign as durable as it is fetching. Although the sign comes standard with a welcome and a few basic rules to keep visitors safe, contact us if you prefer your own verbiage and images.
When your hands are full of bags, jackets, and other dog park essentials, this handy “Pet Parking” Post secures your dog or leash while you get organized. With rust-proof materials and two leash hooks, this post is ideal for pet-friendly spaces. Not only do the hooks help with full hands, but it also warns passers-by of nearby dogs.
