A must-have for any dog agility course, the A-Frame requires your dog to walk up the incline and then down the other side. Many dogs are not natural climbers so it is often best to take it slow while offering encouragement. Treats and clickers often help with motivation while your dog builds confidence.

The A-Frame is perfect for beginners as well as dogs of all agility levels and sizes. The 3′ high peak and 22-degree incline are half as steep as professional ramps, which is much easier to learn for nervous pups. Before moving on to the Dog Walk Ramp, which is narrower and more challenging, teach your dog the basic up-and-over maneuver.
