An interactive new way of using heavy duty Border Timbers to create the fun, popular, internationally known game of Gaga Ball! Dubbed a kinder, gentler version of dodgeball, the game is played in a large octagon, hexagon or circular pit with a soft playground ball, and combines the skills of dodging, striking, running, and jumping, while trying to hit opponents with a ball below the knees.
Gaga Ball Pits are constructed with our 12″ and 8” black, heavy plastic HDPE timbers and are constructed together with custom Gaga Ball steel spikes designed specifically for Gaga Ball installation and use. We offer the original In-Ground Gaga Ball Pit, a Portable Gaga Ball Pit and an In-Ground High-Wall Gaga Ball Pit.
We also offers custom 5/8” thick, 100% NWR vulcanized rubber flooring. These 48” x 72” tiles interlock together to create a custom size to fit all 3 Gaga Ball Pit sizes.
With your order, you’ll also receive a FREE 8.5 inch Baden Super Playground Ball (color may vary)! The ball ships separately from your gaga pit.

The official GaGa Ball pit size is 26′ x 26′, which comfortably fits up to 28 players. This is the standard size used in most schools and recreation programs.
We also offer a range of pit sizes to suit different age groups, play spaces, and budgets:
15′ x 18′ – fits up to 12 players
20′ x 22′ – fits up to 20 players
36′ x 36′ – fits up to 44 players
Each size is designed for safe, active play with durable construction.
🛠️ You can adjust your pit size in 2′ increments simply by selecting the number of wall panels needed. It’s easy to customize your GaGa Ball pit to match your space and needs!
The rules are fairly simple and offer many variations depending on age and skill level of the players, so feel free to change things up a bit!

In Hebrew, “ga” translates to “touch.”
One of the rules for GaGa Ball is that the ball must touch the ground two or three times before it is in play. Therefore, GaGa would translate to touch, touch. This is likely the reason it is called GaGa Ball, although we don’t know for a fact where the name came from.
