Nominations close February 28th Voting begins March 2ndLet’s celebrate the facilities that help athletes and communities thrive. Official Rules 2026 Facility of the Year Contest Sponsored by Practice Sports Inc. 1. Sponsor The 2026 Facility of the Year Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored and administered by Practice Sports Inc. (“Sponsor”). 2. Eligibility Open to sports facilities located within the United States. Nominations must be submitted by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. No purchase is necessary to nominate or vote. Employees of Practice Sports Inc. may not win but may nominate or vote. 3. Nomination Period Nominations will be accepted until the posted nomination deadline as communicated on official Practice Sports Inc. social media channels and website. Nominations may be submitted by: Tagging the facility in the designated contest post comments, or Emailing nominations to dena@practicesports.com Nominations should include: Facility name Social media link (if available) Photos and/or videos (optional but encouraged) By submitting a nomination, entrants represent that they have the right to share any submitted content. 4. Voting Structure The Contest will consist of two (2) rounds of public voting: Round One Voting Begins March 2nd Public voting will determine the top four (4) facilities with the highest verified vote totals. These four facilities will advance to the Final Round. Final Round Voting Runs from March 22nd through April 5th Public voting during this period will determine final placement of the Final Four facilities. Facilities will be ranked in order of total verified votes received during the Final Round, resulting in: 1st Place 2nd Place 3rd Place 4th Place Sponsor reserves the right to verify votes and disqualify fraudulent, automated, or duplicate voting activity. 5. Winner Determination Final rankings will be based on verified vote totals during the Final Round voting period (March 22 – April 5). Results will be announced on Practice Sports Inc. social media channels and/or website. All decisions by Sponsor are final. 6. Publicity & Promotional Rights By submitting a nomination or participating in the Contest, entrants and facilities grant Sponsor permission to use the facility name, submitted photos/videos, and publicly available logos or social media handles for promotional, marketing, and announcement purposes related to the Contest without additional compensation. Facilities selected as finalists or winners may be featured in promotional materials. 7. Social Media Disclaimer This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform. 8. General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right to: Modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest if necessary Disqualify participants who violate rules or engage in tampering Clarify rules or resolve disputes at its sole discretion Void where prohibited by law.
